One of the most respected educators in the hair replacement industry, Keith Zimmerman has the inside knowledge on what it takes to run a successful business. He was raised in the hair business, working in the family salon since age 13. By 16, Keith was cleaning and coloring hair systems in the back room. He opened Keith’s Haircenter at age 22 with just $3,000 and a Sears credit card. The business has seen an incredible increase in the 29 years that Keith has been working and managing his shop. In 2012, Keith opened up Voga Wigs and Hair Add-Ons, a separate business dedicated to helping women with hair loss. Having emerged as an important business owner in Green Bay, Keith was recently appointed by the mayor to the Green Bay Packers’ Stadium District Board. He shares his technical and business experience with the hair loss industry and has presented on behalf of New Image all around the world.
Ricky Knowles
Owner, Ricky Knowles Hair & Wellness
A rising star in the US and international markets for his all-around technical and artistic expertise, Ricky began his career as a Cosmetologist in 1995 and quickly moved into the hair replacement industry in 1997. Ricky has been presenting on behalf of New Image since 2006 and is working hard to bring the hair replacement industry innovative products, practical applications and advanced styling techniques. In 2009, Ricky together with his wife Kristen, opened Ricky Knowles Hair and Wellness in Houston, Texas. This unique salon combines Ricky’s talent in hair replacement with Kristen’s expertise in medical compression therapy and post mastectomy solutions. With the Hair and Wellness Center, Ricky has been able to focus on medical related hair loss and specializes in options for those living with Trichotillomania.
Robert Voza
Owner, Salon Dejan
Robert opened his first salon in New York in 1965 and went on to be a master of his trade by becoming an educator and product tester for Roux Labs and Lamaur Labs. In 1971, Robert moved to the Tampa Bay, Florida area and opened a small chain of beauty salons and hair replacement centers, which he runs to this day with great success. As a licensed Cosmetologist, he specializes in chemical services as well as cutting and styling, and has established himself in the industry as an accomplished technical presenter. His extensive experience enabled him to take hair replacement to the next level by adding chemical services to create the most realistic look for the client, without destroying the integrity of the hair system.
