Member information is recognized and classified as follows:

  1. Identification Information — This identifies you, such as name, address, telephone number and also includes certain business/professional identification numbers.

Management

New Image shares its member information within its departments only. No third parties share in this knowledge of the member information, which means that New Image never rents, sells or otherwise shares member information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies to New Image Labs Corporation’s NIU and its members, with its member relationships originating from New Image corporate offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA, and is effective January 1, 2007. New Image will provide members with this Privacy Policy as needed, as long as the member maintains an ongoing relationship with New Image.
